1. No Return / Refund Policy
We do not offer returns, cancellations, or refunds once an order has been placed and delivered.
2. Exchange Policy

• Exchange is only applicable under the following conditions:
• You have received a wrong product, or
• The product is damaged/defective

3. Exchange Timeframe
You must request an exchange within 7 days of delivery
4. Mandatory Proof

• A full parcel opening video (without cuts) is required as proof
• Claims without proper video proof will not be accepted

5. Product Condition
The product must be unused and in original packaging with tags intact
6. Exchange Process

• Contact our support team with order details and video proof
• Once verified, we will initiate the exchange process

7. Important Note
Slight color variations may occur due to lighting and screen differences and will not be considered defects
